MGS Certified Instructor

Matt Gracyalny brings a plethora of knowledge and experience to his students at MGS Group. He has worked in difficult and dangerous armed security positions throughout Milwaukee.

Matt is able to draw on his personal experience of using firearms, less than lethal implements, and defensive tactics in life threatening situations. In addition, Matt is a certified Glock and Smith & Wesson armorer which gives him in-depth knowledge of common firearms used by law enforcement and personal defense.

Matt is certified as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) as well as a certified NRA instructor.

ERIC GRABOWSKI // Co Founder - Instructor

Eric has served in the U.S. Army as an Paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne.  He received in depth training in Infantry and small arm tactics, as well as experience with special operations when his company was attached to “Delta Force” as a quick reactionary force contingent.  Eric was medically retired from the Army after suffered an injury due to a parachute malfunction during a training jump.  Eric has continued his training following his retirement when he became an NRA certified instructor in "Basic Pistol", "Refuse to be a Victim."

He also certified as a ASP impact weapons instructor.  Eric started his first business in 2001, Castle Security Service, which was designed to help teach civilians tactics and mindset that were learned from his years of training and experience. Eric felt these lesson would be invaluable to the everyday civilian interested in furthering their ability to defend oneself.  Despite owning his own Security firm, he furthered his training by attending ESI for "Personal Protection Services" where he refined his training in Principle Protection.

Eric also has worked as the general manager of Shooter Shop Inc. for the past 12 years and has an extensive knowledge of small arms both foreign and domestic.
